Payment Options:
Payment for treatment is due at the time of your appointment.
We accept payment by debit and credit cards. We do not accept cheques.

Cancellation:
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Insurance:
Durham City Physio no longer accepts Insurance referrals (this includes AXA and BUPA). If you have private medical insurance, please call us for any further information, some insurances allow you to claim treatment back.
